My background in science helps me analyze and adapt fitness regimens, blending data-driven coaching with real-world experience.  I'm a retired science educator with experience teaching human anatomy and physiology.  My knowledge of muscle function, injury prevention, and recovery science helps me guide athletes to train efficiently while avoiding setbacks.  Essential for tailoring diet and conditioning strategies, I understand how nutrition, genetics, and metabolism can impact performance.  I hold a CrossFit Level 1 Certification and a CrossFit Kids Certification"

"Being the middle child of seven often meant navigating between older siblings and younger siblings, finding my place, and learning to balance independence with connection. I was a chubby child and was bullied.  As a result, I had limited self confidence.  I loved to learn and saw education as a powerful force for building my confidence (long story, short, I have a Bachelor's and three Master's degrees).  It took decades but my bullies helped me shape resilience, taught me to set boundaries, and pushed me toward finding people who truly support me."
