CrossFit Level 1 Trainer,
Orthopedic Physician Assistant
Coach
I have been coaching CrossFit since 2018 and I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember. I played soccer in High School and into the collegiate level. I have always had a passion for exercise and fitness but when my college athletic career ended this left a void that needed to be filled. CrossFit offered me an outlet to continue to compete and to feel like an athlete. Now at age 35 I feel that I fitter than I have ever been and I am only just beginning to scratch the surface. This methodology has truly changed my life and I am passionate about playing a role in giving back to help change the lives of others. It's about the PR's inside AND outside of the gym - setting goals and reaching them one step at a time. If you have a goal in mind I want to help you reach it!
In my spare time you can find me spending time with my wife and hanging out with our dog Wrangler (in my biased opinion the best and cutest gym dog out there). I also enjoy reading for pleasure and staying up to date on the latest research in all things orthopedics or exercise science. I am a firm believer that PB&J is a critical staple of every health diet and I will die on that mountain. Come find me at the gym, and let's hit a tough workout together!"
